Veloxity Labs Welcomes Tammy Herman as the New Quality Assurance Auditor

We're thrilled to announce the addition of Tammy Herman to the Veloxity Labs team! As the Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor, Tammy will work with Chris Tudan, our Director of QA, to perform analytical-based auditing activities and implement auditing systems to ensure compliance with GLP and GCP requirements. Additionally, Tammy will work laterally with our scientific staff to ensure the facility and operations are working within standards set by Veloxity Labs procedures and FDA regulations. Prior to her role at Veloxity Labs, Tammy served as Quality Assurance Analyst III for PDC Laboratories (now a Pace Analytical Laboratory). Before that, Tammy spent nearly two decades as the Quality Lead and Technical Manager at SunOpta where she oversaw the laboratory, food safety and quality programs. Tammy graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology from Monmouth College. She loves all things outdoors, reading, baking and spending time with her family. Like so many of our employees at Veloxity Labs, Tammy and her husband have participated in many events for St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Welcome to the team, Tammy!
